When it Comes to Santa, Kristen Bell Says Honesty is the Best Policy

In November, Kristen Bell, Mila Kunis and Kathryn Hahn will be back in Bad Moms 2—and this time the bada*s mamas are rebelling against the idea of staging a perfectly merry and magical Christmas, by instead going for a vibe that's much more naughty than nice. honesty

We cannot WAIT to see this!

Of course in real life, Kristen Bell says her approach to celebrating the holidays with her adorable fam—she and husband Dax Shepard have two daughters, Lincoln, 4, and Delta, 2—is way more traditional and chill.

"We decorate like crazy, which is always really fun, but other than that it's just relaxing," Bell recently told Today. "I have no problem calling it if everyone's stressed and saying, 'Let's order out.'"

Amen, sister! We love the way this mama has no qualms about telling it like it is. She even favors honesty when it comes to selling her kids on the idea of Santa.

"We have to tell our kid that one night a year breaking and entering is OK and that a dude in a jumpsuit is going to come down the chimney and is going to rifle through our stuff, but it's OK because he's going to leave us gifts?" Bell said. "That's a crazy story to tell your child."

She's not wrong. And while she did cop to taking her little ones to meet the Big Man in Red, it was only one time, and it did NOT go as planned.

"One girl was hysterically crying and the other one was sort of giving him the stinkeye," Bell explained.
