Violet's gonna show us, how to get an A-ay...
Sorry, Michael Jackson.
Your hit song "ABC" will always hold a special place in our hearts, but Violet Ogea's dramatic rendition of the "Alphabet Song" pretty much puts all other versions to shame.
Who is Violet Ogea? Oh, you know, just an adorable little 2-year-old girl from Shreveport, Louisiana, who is currently winning over the Internet thanks to amazing footage—posted by her mom Christina, natch—of her belting out the ABCs while standing on a pile of papers on the theater stage of her preschool.
Is it just us, or is she totally channeling Joe Cocker here?

Christina posted the video to both Instagram and Facebook on August 25, where it's already racked up more than 4.4 million views and has been shared by outlets like CNN and Fox News—not to mention by Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who posted the clip on his own Facebook feed with the caption: "I can't help but think this is what Elaine Stritch was like as a child. Obsessed. #BigFinish."
He's not wrong. I mean, how impressive is her rearrangement of the "next time won't you sing with me" part? And her commitment to the "L" and the "W" is simply unparalleled! So much so, in fact, that we're even willing to overlook the fact that she totally skipped the letter "O." Perhaps she's not a fan of chalcogens?
Meanwhile, Christina says she is "totally fan girl'n right now" over Ferguson's stamp of approval.
"I.love.him. SO MUCH," she wrote in a follow-up Facebook post. "I think this is my favorite thing I've seen so far."

Totally get it. Although my fave would have to be the gospel version of the clip created by Jason St. Clair, who added a church organ as an accompaniment to Violet's impassioned vocals.
"This child must have music for such a wonderful, dramatic rendition of the ABCs," he wrote. "That strong vibrato in the voice is amazing! EVERYBODY DESERVES MUSIC!"
