Talk about a personalized photo shoot—this teen just posed for some truly hilarious senior pictures...with her favorite fast food!
Mikayla Cleckler is your typical teenage girl: She plans to study dental hygiene, loves makeup and is a 17-year-old high school senior. But the pictures she chose to take to celebrate the end of her high school career? Well, they're not so typical.
Cleckler posed for a series of McDonald's-themed senior photos, and they're hilarious—not surprisingly, the images are going viral. "Mikayla...is actually my cousin and one of my best friends," Jana Cooley, the photographer who shot the images, told Parents. "She texted me and asked if I would mind taking her senior pictures and I responded 'you know we're taking these at McDonald's, right?'"
Cleckler is a fan of the fast food chain, to put it mildly. "She swears by their Buttermilk Chicken Sandwiches and [has] one at least twice a week," Cooley said. "And just knowing the type of person she is, we wouldn't be doing the world justice if we didn't incorporate a little humor."
The buttermilk chicken sandwich isn't the only menu item in these photos, though: They also prominently feature McDonald's french fries in one of the pair's favorite images. "The fry shot was the most fun by far! With the help of my good friend, Brandi, It actually only took about 6 or 7 dumps of precious golden goodness," Cooley explained. "This shot was also the most challenging by far—it was so painful to watch, but it was SO worth it!"

To all the parents out there—how would you feel if your kids took senior pictures like this? Don't worry—Cooley assures us she and Cleckler also shot some "normal" senior photos, but we're willing to bet they're not quite as memorable as these ones! "I am SO surprised at the reaction the photos have gotten. I expected maybe a few people from our hometown would share it, comment on it, etc., but here I am reading comments from people in other countries. I am in utter shock," Cooley said. "I think people are lovin' these photos because they aren't the 'normal' senior pictures you see and I think we can all relate to them in some type of way. There have been a few people on social media not 'lovin' the photos, but Mikayla, being her confident and beautiful self, hasn't let it get the best of her."
