This dad anthem will have you laughing, crying, and possibly gagging.

Just in time for Father's Day, Penn Holderness takes on Rachel Platten's empowering hit "Fight Song" with a new video parody, "Dad Song." It's funny, it's sweet, it's sentimental, it's gross... kind of like dad.

"This is my dad song, my dressing bad song, smelly gym bag song," the tune begins.

One of my favorite lyrics: "My garage is immaculate, but I don't flush the toilet."

Penn got a little help from some friends to put together this tribute to fathers. Gabe Dalporto, who is married to the hilarious Deva (you know, the mom behind the "Yoga Pants Rap") is on hand to lend some funny moments in the parody. You may also recognize La Guardia Cross and his adorable toddler, whom he interviewed recently for a video announcing she was running for president.

"I wanted to help make a dad anthem because why not?" Cross told, adding "I love being a dad, these other guys love being dads, and it gives me an excuse to be silly on camera with my daughter again." Um, he also gets pretty sentimental in the video.

Beyond the fart jokes in this video, "Dad Song" also touches on the sweetest things about fatherhood. "I will never leave your side, and I will love you 'til I die!" Penn croons.

He told Today, "I love that our families embrace us, with all our faults. I love that moms let us be 'the fun one,' and I love how every dad finds his own way to bond with his children."

Sounds like he loves being a dad, which is really all it takes. Happy Father's Day!
