This Adorable 2-Year-Old Got a Spooky Surprise

Mom captures toddler’s epic reaction to cute, then creepy unicorn stuffed animal.

A mom’s video of her 2-year-old son basically having a (funny) nervous breakdown over a toy with multiple personalities is taking over the Internet this week.

Jessica Magyar posted a video to Facebook of a unicorn toy called a Feisty Pet, that starts out looking like any other cute and cuddly stuffed animal, but then turns kinda wicked out of nowhere, bearing fangs, and narrowing its eyes maliciously.

When Magyar shows the toy to her son, Weston, well, let’s just say he’s as shocked as the rest of us that Glenda Glitterpoop isn’t as sweet as she seems. Um, he’s also terrified, and almost ends up on the ceiling of the family’s kitchen.

It’s hard not to laugh at his reaction, even though, yes, I also felt a teeny-tiny bit bad for him. I mean, that unicorn is evil!

But as the mama, who was clearly just having a little fun, posted as a caption to the seriously-viral video about her son, “He's fine btw. He's asking to watch the video and is laughing at it.”

Magyar told Parents about the mega-success of the video, which has been viewed over 1.1 million times at time of writing, “I am pretty surprised by it going viral. It really picked up steam while we were sleeping, so waking up to everything was surreal.”

Of course, while most people have had a positive reaction to the clip, the mama acknowledges,  “You will never be able to make everyone happy, so I'm trying to let the negative roll off my back.”

I’m with you, Jessica. After all, as I often say, if can’t have a little fun with parenting, you’re doomed! She agrees that motherhood is so hard, laughing keeps you from crying sometimes.
