Mississippi teenager Eagan Tilghman was bored one day—but instead of scrolling through his phone or watching Netflix, the high school student decided to do something seriously creative (and, well, seriously spooky): He dressed his three-year-old brother, Louie, as Pennywise, the creepy clown antagonist from Stephen King's It.
The result? Well, let's just say it's scary—and a frighteningly impressive display of this teen's talent. Tilghman created a remarkably realistic costume for his little brother, and not surprisingly, the photos he shot are going viral.
"I got bored and did a photo shoot of my 3 year old brother,Louie,as pennywise the dancing clown, from it," the teen tweeted alongside photos of his brother all dressed in his costume.
While these are definitely not your typical portrait shots most parents want their kids to take, we have to hand it to this teenager for his crazy creativity. In fact, Anthony Muschietti, the director of the new It movie reportedly "liked" a photo Tilghman posted on his Instagram page—and we can see why!
"Don't get me wrong, i love creepy clowns but my mind isn't just scary clowns and unsettling images," Tilghman wrote of the photos on his Facebook page. "But the creativity in my head almost feels like it flows off of my fingertips. You can see an image and feel things with it, and I'm proud to say these are perfect, therefore they're a perfect little glimpse into how I see the world."
Aren't these spookily well-done? And who knows? Maybe the brave among us will let their kids draw Halloween costume inspiration from these photos.
