Stars Are Tweeting Awkward Teen Photos of Themselves to Support Puerto Rico
From Reese Witherspoon to Lin-Manuel Miranda, celebrities are taking to social media to stand with Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
In the aftermath of Puerto Rico is contending with a wiped out electrical grid, dwindling supplies of food, drinking water, and other basics. In other words, the U.S. territory needs all the help it can get. On Wednesday, Stephen Colbert and Nick Kroll issued a truly entertaining challenge to celebrities. The comedians proposed stars post awkward photos of themselves as adolescents with the hashtags #PuberMe and #PuertoRicoRelief. For each post, Colbert and Kroll said they would each donate $1,000.
