Nineties Kids, Rejoice: Limited Too Is Making a Triumphant Return

Oh em gee. Everyone's favorite '90s-era mall brand is coming back with a vengeance. Will you be introducing your kids to Limited Too?

If you were a tween during the '90s, chances are some of your fondest mall memories were of Limited Too, a retailer that catered to adolescent girls with its on-trend fashion items. It was a brand that tapped into pop culture and made itself positively iconic: Limited Too was a destination for boldly colored, glittery apparel during the golden age of brick-and-mortar. (Sort of like the mother of Justice.) For those of us who were in that demographic during its run, it was, well, everything.

Limited Too's loyal fans have grown up to become mothers themselves—and if you're among that group, you may want to schedule a shopping trip with your own kids soon: Limited Too is making a comeback!

But before you get too excited, let's set one thing straight: The brand won't quite be back as we knew it. Limited Too will roll out mobile trucks selling back-to-school items (think super stylish backpacks and notebooks). And you have to get to the Big Apple to shop in person. You can find the trucks outside Manhattan-area Bloomingdale's, Macy's and other department stores. According to Women's Wear Daily, the truck will be on the road between August 6 and 10, and will remain open from noon to 7 p.m. You can learn more on the brand's web site (which, thankfully, still exists!).

Here's where you can find the mobile shop, according to Women's Wear Daily:

August 6: Third Avenue between 59th Street and 60th Street

August 7 and 8: Herald Square

August 9: Union Square

August 10: Flatiron District

...And if you need any more guidance, we'd suggest following the crowd of grown adults squealing into their glitter phones...which, unfortunately, won't allow them to post about the pop-up using the official hashtag #LTDBestInClass.

Will you be shopping this pop-up? We can't wait to introduce our kids to the brand we loved SO much as tweens!
