Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are two of the funniest, most honest parents in Hollywood, so it's no surprise that they're pros at handling what could be a super-awkward sitch with their LOs Delta, 3 next month, and Lincoln, 4. On the Friday, November 3 episode of The Talk, the celeb mom opened up about being caught in the act by her daughters.

When asked to divulge an embarrassing moment involving her family, Bell shared, "Oh, they've walked in on us having sex." The show’s cohosts responded with a gasp, to which the chill mama responded, "That’s how they were made, it’s OK! ... Well, we didn’t, like, continue… we sort of just went like, ‘Hey, what’s up? What do you need? What do you need?’… And then we just said, ‘Mommy and Daddy are just going to take a nap for a couple of minutes.'” NBD!

Beyond that incident, Bell has had her fair share of cringe-worthy mom moments. When she and the rest of the cast of Bad Moms first read lines for their film, Bell shared that she had to Skype in because she was back in L.A. When the actresses first read lines for their film, Bad Moms, Bell had to Skype in because she was still home in L.A. She was trying to discreetly pump during the read, but didn't realize her face was on a 200-inch projector and that the pumping noise was super-loud.

“I’m sorry. When you gotta do it, you gotta do it,” the proud mom of two said in retrospect. “I didn’t know I was on a movie projector! I would have loved a heads-up.”

Stories like these are reasons we couldn't love Kristen Bell any more!
