The reality star revealed her creative work-around for when daughter North tried to get to her to stop breastfeeding Baby Saint.
What do you do when you're breastfeeding your baby and you've got a jealous toddler on your hands? Just ask Kim Kardashian West. The reality star and mom to 4-year-old daughter North and 17-month-old son Saint made headlines last spring when she appeared on the final episode of her sister's now-defunct talk show "Kocktails with Khloe" and announced that she was dunzo with nursing Saint because doing so had turned his big sister into a little green-eyed monster.
"North West stopped that for me," she told Khloe. "She would cry so much and try to pull him off me."
Totally relatable, Kim! The mom-of-two apparently didn't give up without a fight, however. Last week, she stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," where she shared a pretty hilarious but also totally clever nursing hack for moms of possessive toddlers like North.
"She's just so jealous," she explained. "I can't hold [Saint]. I had to stop breastfeeding him. I mean, when I was breastfeeding, she was so jealous I had to get a little milk box and put it in the other bra with a straw," she told Ellen. "So she would drink and he would drink. She's soooo jealous."
It sounds totally crazy, but also kind of awesome. Is this the best breastfeeding DIY ever? Watch the clip below, then let us know if you'd try it!
