The singer shared a photo of her 3-year-old daughter, taken after the two had a "sleepover."
When it comes to her music and parenthood, Kelly Clarkson is no stranger to keeping it real. And that's exactly what she did with a super-relatable tweet she posted yesterday, Monday, November 13. Apparently, the 35-year-old mom of two had just coslept with her 3-year-old daughter River Rose -- and it did not go as she planned.
Alongside the adorable, amusing photo of River, Clarkson wrote, "....that time you think having a sleepover with your 3 year old daughter will actually entail sleep #maybegotfourhours it’s a good thing she’s so dang cute!"

HA! She really is so dang cute, though!
Obviously, parents everywhere could relate to the singer's struggle to actually sleep! Many replied to Clarkson's tweet with their own stories of losing sleep with their kiddos.
Got ya beat. 2 hours and we BOTH had to be up early for school. Me: college. Son: kinder.

Figured this out the hard way lol. They sound so sweet and innocent when they ask it's hard to say no...and then you realize it's midnight and the tiny human is trying to get you to put a puzzle together lol

Ah well, one more thing she'll surely just chalk up to #momlife. Though, as many Twitter users pointed out, when your LO's smile lights up the room like River Rose's, it's worth all those missed ZZZs!
