Jessica Biel Calls Herself a 'Human Vacuum' (Oh Honey, Join the Club!)
Like so many moms, Mrs. Justin Timberlake has mastered the art of eating her kid's leftovers.
Five french fries. The crust from a grilled cheese sandwich. Two cold chicken nuggets. Three big sips of a black-and-white milkshake. A handful of sad, rejected brown M&Ms. And a tiny bite of a just-out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookie. These are just a few of the things I mindlessly scooped off my kids' plates over the weekend and tossed into my mouth without thinking.
No wonder my jeans felt a little snug when I pulled them on this morning! Sigh. But it turns out, I'm in good company. Because Jessica Biel—aka Mrs. Justin Timberlake—has just copped to doing the exact same thing with the couple's 21-month-old son Silas.
"I'm the human vacuum cleaner at the end of the meal!" the 34-year-old actress recently admitted to People. "That is what happens when you are a mom or a dad."
Amen, sista! And mad props for keeping it real.
"You make food, they eat what they eat, and you literally—as they are running off trying to grab something—you are shoveling the last few bites off their plate," she continued. "And that's your lunch...that is your lunch."
So true! And such a refreshing admission, given that Biel is part owner of Au Fudge, a kid-friendly restaurant that's also known for its elegant farm-to-table organic meals. But Biel is the first one to admit that she's not necessarily crushing it as a chef at home in the Biel-Timberlake kitchen.

"I can roast a chicken, that kind of thing, but cooking great steak I'm not very good at—or a lamb chop, or a pork chop," she admitted. "A lot of the time we are doing the best that we can—maybe just picking up pre-made stuff from Whole Foods."
See... she's just like us, you guys! You know, minus the whole famous-actress-married-to-a-dreamy-international-pop-star thing.
