She slept in a tent, you guys.
Jennifer Garner is tired. SO tired.
That's because the actress/mama to 3 kiddos—11-year-old Violet, 8-year-old Seraphina and 5-year-old Samuel—just completed her family's annual "Yes Day" and then took to her month-old Instagram account to share a post all about it.
You’ll never need coffee more than the day after “Yes Day!”. #fiveyearsrunning #wesleptinatent #inthebackyard #coffeeismyyesday #yesday #nationalcoffeeday #imgettingthehangofhashtags (“Yes Day!"-- a fantastic children's book by @missamykr)

So what's a Yes Day?
If you haven't read Amy Krouse Rosenthal's book of the same name, allow me to get you up to speed. Yes Day is pretty much what it sounds like—a day when, no matter how silly the request, your kids always receive "go right ahead" response: Can I have pizza for breakfast? YES! Can we have a food fight? YES! Can I stay up all nigh? Oh HAIL NO YES!

Sounds fun for all us parentals, right? And by "fun" I mean exhausting. Hence, Garner's super-sleepy selfie (Spoiler alert: she still looks gorgeous).
"You'll never need coffee more than the day after 'Yes Day!'" she wrote in the caption, then tacked on a whole bunch of hashtags: #fiveyearsrunning #wesleptinatent #inthebackyard #coffeeismyyesday #yesday #nationalcoffeeday #imgettingthehangofhashtags.
Wait... They slept in a tent? I tend to be more of a "yes" mom than a "no" mom on a normal day, but sleeping in a tent is where I draw the line. Because bugs. But mad props to Garner for going with the flow.
Better you than me, mama. Better you than me.
