The Today show host wrote I’ve Loved You Since Forever to immortalize her love for her 1-year-old daughter.
Beloved, award-winning Today show anchor, Hoda Kotb, has been extremely transparent about her mission to adopt her 1-year-old daughter, Haley Joy (and has become a huge advocate for adoption in general). As a public figure—and one of America’s sweethearts—fans cheered the 52-year-old on as she pursued her dreams of becoming a first-time mother last year. Kotb’s journey to becoming the best mom ever continues with her new children's’ book, I’ve Loved You Since Forever—a celebratory ode to the unconditional love she has for her little girl.
“Before I ever met my daughter Haley Joy, I dreamt of her and scribbled in my journal the words 'I've loved you since forever,' and this book was born,” says Kotb in a press release. “I am so excited about the book I can’t contain myself!”
Perfect for pre-bedtime snuggles, any parent can relate to the Kotb's lyrical text and artist Suzie Mason's stunning images. This is one of those love stories your little one will fondly look back on for years to come.
As if we weren’t big enough supporters of Kotb, she has decided to donate a portion of the proceeds from I’ve Loved You Since Forever to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Groove With Me, a youth development organization that offers free dance classes to encourage young women to overcome adversity in their daily lives.
Congratulations Hoda on all your success, your incredible family, and for continuing to be an amazing role model to women everywhere! We wish you all the best!
