If your kids are fed and your house is still standing, you are a bad*ss mama who deserves to be praised.

You know those days when everything seems to be going wrong and you've basically failed at life? The ones when you're out of milk. And eggs. And mini frozen pancakes. And then you suddenly realize you sent your kid to school without a lunch, and without the still-unsigned field trip permission slip that's currently mocking you from the kitchen counter...?

We've all had days when we've felt seriously less-than as parents. But according to mom vlogger Kristina Kuzmic, we should all be giving ourselves a break, which means assessing our daily performance a little more accurately.

"So let's start with this," she begins. "I remembered all my kids names today." Then she rewards herself by slapping on a "Great job!" sticker.

You go, girl!

"I found time to pee today," the mom-of-three continues. "Twice!" That kind of rare and impressive achievement nets our girl a big green "You did it!" star. Kuzmic also survived three tantrums, only two of which were her own. Grade earned: A+.

Her other sticker-worthy feats include: walking out of Target with only 12 things that weren't on her shopping list; using her inside voice (even if it was while talking to herself); remembering to put on a bra; successfully buckling an angry toddler into a car seat; following through (on having a second glass of wine); and not getting pregnant or arrested.

"So listen people," the merit badge-covered mama tells us. "If you're having one of those days where you feel like you got nothing accomplished: If your kids are fed and loved and your house is still standing, you're like an overachieving bad*ss. You're amazing."
