Even though supermodel Chrissy Teigen and her singer husband John Legend don't have kids yet, she has already stated her rules for their future kiddo caregivers: No hot nanny!
At Lauren Conrad's fashion show at New York Fashion Week on Wednesday, the 29-year-old said her No. 1 rule is, "No hot nannies, drivers or maids. It's an ongoing joke in my house. I do want kids one day, so it's something that I have to think about."
Cheating with the nanny is a common plot point in TV, movies and books, and it happens in real life, too, but Teigen is a Sports Illustrated cover model, so you would think she wouldn't be worried about anyone catching her Grammy-winning hubby's eye. There is, however, a history of this happening to multiple celeb couples. Think Jude Law and Sienna Miller, Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, and now Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner (allegedly, of course). "I trust John, but you never know with these men," Teigen said, wisely.
Then again, Schwarzenegger and Shriver's nanny wasn't even "hot" by traditional standards, so maybe Teigen should revise her rule. Male nannies, or "mannies," are very trendy these days, so maybe she should plan on hiring one of those. John might put his foot down on that, though. If only robot nannies had been invented by now! Best idea? Just get Grandma to help out.
