The dad who posts videos on YouTube using the name, "Daddy Daughter Hair Factory" has put my hair technique to shame with an awesome hack for creating the perfect bun.
In a new video, this adorable father holds the end of his daughter's ponytail, and has her spin in circles until her mane is coiled into the neat up-do on her head. Then he simply secures the bun with an elastic, and voila!
The most impressive aspect of this hair hack is not how clever it is; although, it's pretty clever. But this dad is actually teaching a class to other dads about how to do their daughters' hair. Um, can my hubby sign up? Because as a dad of three girls, he's kinda stuck in the ponytail stage.
That any dad tries to do his little girl's hair is just plain adorable! It's all about taking an interest in something that's important to her, and showing her that he cares enough to try to help her feel her best.
Sniff. So sweet. Props to the Daddy Daughter Hair Factory dad for showing that even a small gesture, like learning to create a bun in your daughter's hair, offers a huge bonding opportunity for a father and his little girl. And for dispelling the notion that dads can't do hair!
If you're a dad of a girl, what is your go-to hairstyle for your daughter?
