Beyonce Came to Slay, But Blue Ivy Was the Biggest Winner at the VMAs

Is it wrong to be jealous of a 4-year-old? Asking for a friend....

Her mom may be the Queen, but there was no doubt that it was Blue Ivy Carter who reigned supreme at last night's MTV Video Music Awards. The 4-year-old daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z coolly strolled down the VMA white carpet on Bey's arm as if it was just another day and she was headed for a mommy-and-me class at the local Gymboree.

In an $11,000 gown.

That's right. The little goddess was giving us some serious rock royalty vibes in a stunning metallic dress by designer Mischka Aoki that featured a laser-cut bodice and layers upon layers of diaphanous gold tulle.

And check out THAT TRAIN:

#Flawless!

I am so making my daughter do this with me for Halloween this year!

While Beyonce's "surprise" performance pretty much stole last night's show, the proud mama was the epitome of #MomGoals as she documented her outing with Blue in a series of shots over on Instagram—like this one of her mini me laughing in the rose-gold gown, which was perfectly accessorized with a tiny pair of pink kicks and a round, sparkling halo (halo, halo):

And how amazing is this image taken of the dynamic duo in formation from above:

And while the gown's insane price tag—revealed this morning by Page Six—is just the type of outrageous fact that would normally have the Internet all up in arms, this time, the Twitterverse was quick to #BowDown.

Blue Ivy is a princess and we are not worthy," tweeted director Eliel Cruz. "NOT WORTHY."

"The family that slays together, stays together," added @boohoo.
