Even seasoned performers let their emotions get the best of them sometimes. That's exactly what happened to Adele during a show at London's O2 Arena on Wednesday night.

The reason? Her 3-year-old son Angelo was seeing his mama in concert for the first time.

A video of the emotional moment was shared by a fan on Twitter. Watch:

Here's what happened: While singing one of my all-time favorite songs, "Someone Like You," Adele stopped, and pointing to Angelo in the audience, called out "I love you so much, peanut!"

Then she was so overcome, she had to call on her fans to sing a few bars of the song, eventually resuming it herself, her voice thick with emotion. Which of course works well if you're Adele.

Wait, why am I crying just watching this video clip? Maybe because I know what that love feels like; you love your child so much you could just about die. And sometimes that emotion gets to you, at odd moments like when you're at the park, or grocery shopping, or, you know, performing a sold-out concert!
