If only Pizza Hut revealed this competition nine months ago…

The restaurant chain announced this week that they will reward a year of free pizza and tickets to next year’s Super Bowl to whoever has the first baby after kickoff on Sunday.

The press release states the parents of the newborn need to tweet their good news with a photo of their game-day baby, the exact time of birth, tag Pizza Hut and use the hashtags #PizzaHutSpecialDelivery and #promotion in order to potentially win the grand prize.

The official pizza sponsor of Super Bowl LIII plans to also make free pizza deliveries to local hospitals in Boston and Los Angeles.

“To ease the FOMO the soon-to-be parents will likely experience on Super Bowl Sunday while the teams take the field (and their friends take the couch), Pizza Hut will bring everyone’s favorite game day goodies directly to the families prepping for their big delivery, to ensure they get a little slice of the Super Bowl celebrations happening back at home,” the press release says.

“If there’s one thing we’re more passionate about than pizza and football, it’s the family we get to enjoy it with,” said Marianne Radley, chief brand officer, Pizza Hut. “Family celebrations and Pizza Hut have gone hand in hand for more than 60 years, so in our first year as the Official Pizza Sponsor at Super Bowl LIII, we wanted to show up for our fans who are in the unique position of expanding their family during the biggest NFL game of the year.”

If you’re not expecting to give birth on Sunday, you can still score a good deal: Hut Reward members can get 20 percent off NFLShop.com when they place an order for pizza during the game.
