Kim Kardashian Reveals How She's Feeling Ahead of Baby Number 4's Arrival
Kim Kardashian West confirmed she and husband Kanye West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate in January.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon Thursday, Kardashian West, 38, opened up about her growing family and how she’s feeling about the arrival of her baby boy via surrogate.
“I was kind of stressing,” Kardashian West told Fallon. “My house is so full [but] I heard that parents of four are the most enlightened and calm of all parents.”
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also spoke about how she’s adjusted to having more kids.
“That was harder than 2 to 3,” Kardashian West added in reference to baby Chicago, who turned one last month.
Although Kardashian West will be a lot busier with a new baby, she revealed there is one less thing she has to worry about.
“Saint and North are finally getting along,” Kardashian West told Fallon.
The KKW Beauty founder previously revealed her eldest isn’t nice to Saint.
“She needs to still get it together and warm up and be a little bit nicer, but I think she’s getting there. I saw glimmers of hope a week ago. She’s not harmful, she’s not hurting him or anything. She just doesn’t want boys in her room,” Kardashian West said of North on her website last year.
Kardashian West confirmed she and West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate back in January on an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen after the Bravo host asked if she was “working on another child.”

“We are,” Kardashian West responded.
The KKW Beauty founder also revealed the baby is due “sometime soon.”
“It’s a boy, I think it’s been out there,” Kardashian West told Cohen.
The news of the new West baby comes a year after Kardashian West and West welcomed daughter Chicago via surrogate.
Kardashian West previously revealed her decision to use a gestational carrier is because she has experienced placenta accreta in her previous pregnancies.
Placenta accreta occurs when part or all of the placenta remains connected to the uterine wall after childbirth. Under normal circumstances, it detaches, which allows the mother to push it out after the baby. The condition affects three in 1,000 pregnancies, and often results in severe blood loss. In rare cases, the hemorrhaging can be deadly.
For Kardashian West, baby number four will complete their family.
“Right now, it’s like me with two always and Kanye just has one,” Kardashian West told Fallon during her appearance.
“So he’s just like still living his life and I’m, ya know.”
A source close to the reality star previously told PEOPLE Kardashian West “has always wanted four kids.”
“She likely won’t have any more after this,” the source added.
