Whether part of a veggie platter, in a stir-fry, salsa, or casserole, bell peppers (a.k.a. sweet peppers) add color, flavor, and a healthy dose of Vitamin C to any meal or snack. But cutting, coring, and removing the pepper's little white seeds can be a chore.
With this method, you'll never need to worry about seeds again. Start by standing the pepper upright. Slice down vertically, avoiding the center ribs and seeds. Rotate the pepper until all of the sides are sliced off. Cut into strips or dice. Simple!
