Calling all sweet tooth junkies: Mark your calendars because New York City is welcoming the first-ever Museum of Candy this summer and it’s all thanks to the Sugar Factory. For those not familiar with the popular, candy-themed restaurant chain, you’re in for a treat. The Sugar Factory is one of the most over-the-top candy dining experience to date, which is why we trust that the Museum of Candy is going to be held to a Willy Wonka standard.

With 30,00-square-feet of ground to cover, you can expect 15 different candy-themed rooms (you guessed it) perfect for any aesthetically pleasing Instagram feed. Dig in at the dessert market fit with more than 20 vendors, kick back in the outdoor Sugar Factory café, or take advantage of their full-service restaurant—either way, come on an empty stomach.

When you’re not eating (yea, right) you can check out the world’s largest gummy bear, a candy unicorn, candy art installations, observe a candy craftsman creating delectable goodies, and further your candy education with an informative history lesson.

Although New York is the Museum of Candy’s first permanent location, Refinery29 reports that Sugar Factory's founder Charissa Davidovici already foresees the museum expanding to other cities around the country.

Who cares about a summer bod when we can live like actual kids in a candy shop—only supersized. We can feel the sugar rush just dreaming about it.
