Transform surplus stuffing, side dishes, and other Turkey Day leftovers into muffin-size morsels that can be customized to suit individual tastes. Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Use a 4-inch round cookie cutter to shape several pieces of pie dough (we cut 10 rounds from a store-bought refrigerated pie crust). Press each dough round into the well of a standard muffin tin, across the bottom and up the sides, then fill it with leftover veggies, meat, stuffing, and other savory goodies. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the filling is warm, about 15 minutes.
