Prepare a classic PB&J sandwich as French toast. Just take a little extra care when dipping it in batter and flipping it in the pan—and, of course, top with syrup.
Blend 1 cup each of strawberries, milk, and banana chunks, with 2 Tbs. peanut butter and 1 Tbs. jam. Freeze in pop molds; serve for breakfast on a warm morning.
Make a shallow hole in a vanilla cupcake, fill with jelly, and spread on creamy peanut butter as frosting. (You can also do this with a banana muffin for a breakfast surprise!)
