With just three ingredients and a little freezer time, you’ll have perfectly adorable, wholesome pops perfect for a hot summer’s day.

Have you noticed that kids (and grown-ups, if we’re being honest) love anything mini? Expect squeals of delight when you present these pretty snacks. Bonus: the crusts are store-bought, so prep couldn’t be easier.


¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 mini graham cracker pie crust

½ teaspoon blueberry preserves

Make It

  1. Spoon the yogurt into the pie crust. Top with the blueberry preserves. Use a toothpick or wooden skewer to swirl the preserves into the yogurt. Freeze for 45 minutes.
  2. With a sharp knife make a slit in the aluminum pie plate. Slide a wooden popsicle stick into the slit. Freeze until firm, about 45 minutes more.
  3. Loosen the aluminum pie plate from the crust. Slide out the pie pop.

Frozen blueberry pie on a stick? Yes, please.
