With just three ingredients and a little freezer time, you’ll have perfectly adorable, wholesome pops perfect for a hot summer’s day.
Have you noticed that kids (and grown-ups, if we’re being honest) love anything mini? Expect squeals of delight when you present these pretty snacks. Bonus: the crusts are store-bought, so prep couldn’t be easier.
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 mini graham cracker pie crust
½ teaspoon blueberry preserves
- Spoon the yogurt into the pie crust. Top with the blueberry preserves. Use a toothpick or wooden skewer to swirl the preserves into the yogurt. Freeze for 45 minutes.
- With a sharp knife make a slit in the aluminum pie plate. Slide a wooden popsicle stick into the slit. Freeze until firm, about 45 minutes more.
- Loosen the aluminum pie plate from the crust. Slide out the pie pop.
