Nonstick cooking spray
1 package brownie mix
1 bag mini-marshmallows
Graham crackers, crushed
- Line a 15 X 10 inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil, leaving extra on the ends. Spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package directions (or use homemade). Spread onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake until done, about 20 minutes. Cool completely and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the broiler. Cut the brownies in half width-wise, and remove half to another piece of foil. Add one layer of mini-marshmallows to the brownies remaining in the pan. Broil until lightly browned.
- Place the second layer of brownies on top of the marshmallows. Add more mini-marshmallows and broil again until the top layer is lightly browned. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle on crushed graham cracker crumbs.
Trust us: the hardest thing about this swoon-worthy dessert is stopping after one serving. Enjoy!
