This traditional meat-filled dish is also filled with hearty beans and tomatoes. Chips and rice are a great complement to scoop up with the chili.
Chicken and cannellini beans are a lighter approach to chili. Top with shredded cheese and scoop up with tortilla chips.
Serve with an array of toppings: sour cream or yogurt, shredded cheese, chopped onion, guacamole, tortillas (either soft corn or chips); or top each bowl with a few slices of ripe avocado.
Add mushrooms, onion and pepper. Serve over chips or rice, if desired, and if you like, garnish with cilantro and cheese.
Pork, onion and pepper kick up this chili. Top with a dollop of plain yogurt for a zestful taste.
