Chili is one of the most versatile dishes around; use any type of bean you like, add extra veggies, skip the meat, almost anything goes.
Chili Con Carne
This traditional meat-filled dish is also filled with hearty beans and tomatoes. Chips and rice are a great complement to scoop up with the chili.

White Bean With Chicken
Chicken and cannellini beans are a lighter approach to chili. Top with shredded cheese and scoop up with tortilla chips.

Non Carne Chili
Serve with an array of toppings: sour cream or yogurt, shredded cheese, chopped onion, guacamole, tortillas (either soft corn or chips); or top each bowl with a few slices of ripe avocado.

Chili with Mixed Mushrooms
Add mushrooms, onion and pepper. Serve over chips or rice, if desired, and if you like, garnish with cilantro and cheese.

Pork Chili With Warm Spices
Pork, onion and pepper kick up this chili. Top with a dollop of plain yogurt for a zestful taste.
