How to Make Virgin Piña Coladas
Whether you’re pregnant or just sharing with the kids, these creamy mocktails will hit the spot.
There’s nothing like a piña colada to instantly transport you to a sandy, sunny beach — at least in spirit. So pretend you’re on holiday and blend up a pitcher of this Caribbean classic.
What You Need:
- 16 oz. pineapple juice
- 16 oz. coconut milk beverage
- 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
How to Make It:
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 8 servings
To mix it up a bit, try subbing in frozen mango chunks for the pineapple. And, of course, a drop (or two) of rum in each adult's serving would only add to the vacation vibe. Looking for more options? We've got more mocktail recipes!
