[MUSIC] Cauliflower Puree. Ingredients: 1 Cauliflower. Cut cauliflower into florets. Fill a large pot with 2 inches of water. Place a steamer basket over the water, add the cauliflower florets. Bring water to a simmer, cover and steam until tender. Process until you reach desired consistency, adding water if necessary. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
