Yummy Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 pounds broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Make It

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper; set aside. Cut broccoli into flowerets, discarding stems. Arrange flowerets in prepared pan. Drizzle with oil. Roast for 10 minutes, stirring once.

2. Toss with desired ingredients.

Variation

Plum Sauced Broccoli:
  • Toss roasted broccoli with 1/4 cup purchased shredded carrot and 1/4 cup plum sauce. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds.
