Top a cupcake with chocolate frosting. Halve 2 chocolate graham crackers to form four squares. Set one square aside (you can save it for another house). Use a serrated knife to cut a square diagonally into two triangles.
Add frosting to the short sides of each triangle, then press them into place on the cupcake. Press the remaining squares in place to form the roof. Snip a 1/2-inch piece of black licorice,
slightly angling your cut. Attach it to the roof with a dab of frosting.
Mold 2 boots from red-colored
fruit chew candy. Halve a black licorice stick and place a boot on each half. Place the legs on waxed paper. Melt white chocolate in the microwave according to the package directions. Transfer the chocolate to a ziplock bag, snip off a tiny corner, then drizzle stripes onto the legs. Place the legs in the refrigerator to set the chocolate. When they've hardened, arrange them underneath the cupcake.
