Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil

Make It

1. In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg and egg white until frothy, using a wire whisk.

2. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, saute mushrooms in canola oil until soft, 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Add the egg mixture and scramble, stirring until fully cooked, about 3 to 5 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
