Swamp Dip
Yield: 1-1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 8 ounce container reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Green food coloring

Make It

1. In a bowl, combine reduced-fat sour cream, light mayonnaise, chopped parsley, grated onion, anchovy paste, salt, and a few drops of green food coloring. Refrigerate up to 7 days. Serve with assorted vegetables.
