  • 2 pounds sugar snap peas
  • 1 red sweet pepper

Make It

1. Cook sugar snap peas in large pot salted boiling water until bright green, about 2 minutes. Scoop sugar snap peas with slotted spoon and place in large bowl of ice water. When cool, drain. Arrange in circle on platter to form wreath. Cut sweet red pepper into bow; place on bottom of wreath. Serve with your favorite dip.
