Ingredients

  • 7 hot dogs
  • 1 8 ounce can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Make It

1. Split hot dogs lengthwise; don't cut all the way through. Top with drained sauerkraut seasoned with 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds. Top with mashed potatoes divided equally; sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in baking pan in 375 degree F oven 15 minutes. Makes 7 servings.
