Ingredients

  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Make It

1. Halve lengthwise squash and zucchini; slice crosswise. Saute onion in oil in nonstick skillet until tender, about 3 minutes. Add squash, zucchini; saute until tender, 4 minutes. Season with oregano, salt, pepper. Makes 4 servings.
