1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease large shallow roasting pan.
2. Peel potatoes. Cut lengthwise into 3/4-inch-thick wedges.
3. Toss potatoes, oil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper in large bowl until well coated. Place in prepared roasting pan.
4. Bake in 425 degree F oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. For extra crispness, broil potatoes for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Makes 4 servings.
