Sauteed Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup each yellow and cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Make It

1. Saute onion in olive oil in large nonstick skillet, 5 minutes. Add yellow and red cherry tomatoes, chopped fresh basil and salt. Saute until skins just begin to split, 3 minutes.

2. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
