1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Heat oil in large nonstick saucepan. Add onion; saute 3 minutes or until softened. Add garlic; saute 30 seconds. Add black beans and tomatoes; cook until heated through, about 1-1/2 minutes.
3. Sprinkle the pizza crust with half of the cheese. Spoon the bean mixture over the top of the cheese; spread to cover the entire surface. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining cheese.
4. Bake in preheated 425 degree F oven for 8 minutes or until the pizza is heated through. Makes 4 servings.
