Minty Peas

In this recipe, fresh mint and lemon peel tossed with peas make a refreshing side dish.

Minty Peas

  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel
  • Dash salt and pepper

Make It

1. Saute frozen peas in olive oil on medium for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add fresh mint, lemon peel, and a dash of salt and pepper.
