Honey-Glazed Carrots

Baby carrots get a sweet honey-ginger glaze in this simple side dish recipe.

Honey-Glazed Carrots
Servings: 4 to 6


  • 1/2 pound peeled baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley

Make It

1. Boil baby carrots in lightly salted water for 5 minutes; drain. In same pan, melt butter on medium heat; stir in honey and ground ginger. Boil 1 minute while stirring. Fold in carrots and Italian parsley.
