Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small red potatoes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon snipped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Make It

1. Scrub potatoes and peel a ring around the centers. Boil 20 minutes. Transfer to bowl.

2. Cook green onions, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and butter in skillet, 3 minutes. Add to potatoes.
