Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce bottle ranch dressing
  • 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • Snipped fresh chives

Make It

1. In food processor, puree ranch dressing and cheese. Bake potatoes in 375 degrees F oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Halve potatoes lengthwise; spoon scant 1/3 cup sauce on each potato half. Garnish with snipped fresh chives.
