Buttermilk-Chive Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 bags (24 oz each) microwavable potato chunks (such as Ore Ida Steam n Mash)
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup whipped chive cream cheese
  • 3 teaspoons dried chives

Make It

1. Microwave potato chunks for 10 minutes each, then let sit for 2 minutes before removing from microwave. Pour potatoes into serving bowl.

2. Add buttermilk, whipped chive cream cheese and dried chives; mash until blended.
