  • 1/2 cup rinsed canned kidney or pinto beans
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • Pinch cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 flour tortilla
  • Salsa

Make It

1. Saute kidney or pinto beans with canola oil, chopped onion, pinch cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. Mash; serve with flour tortilla and salsa.
