Turkey Taco Salad

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 can (4.5 ounces) mild green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 of 1-1/4-ounce packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 bag baked tortilla chips

Make It

1. Saute turkey in large nonstick skillet over high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring with fork to break up clumps. Drain any fat from skillet. Stir in chiles, seasoning mix and water; cook over high heat until liquid is evaporated.

To serve:

2. Divide meat mixture among plates. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with chips. Makes 4 servings.
