Combine turkey, half the grated apple, bread crumbs, egg, thyme, salt, and pepper. With moistened hands, form meatballs 1/3 to 1/4 inches in diameter. (You will have about 20 to 25 meatballs.) In a medium saucepot, mix spaghetti sauce, water, and remaining apple. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add meatballs, cover, and cook 10 minutes, until cooked through. Serve with 4 ounces cooked capellini pasta.
