Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; sauté for 2 minutes. Add turkey; sauté, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, for 4 minutes or until meat turns white-gray and is crumbled.
Stir in the paprika, walnuts, broth and parsley; cook for about 3 minutes or until heated through. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in yogurt, salt and pepper until well blended. Serve over hot pasta.
