Middle Eastern Kabobs

  • 3 1/2 ounces ground turkey or sirloin
  • 1 teaspoon each parsley and green onion, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice

Make It

1. Heat broiler. In a small bowl, stir together ground turkey or sirloin, parsley, green onion and allspice until thoroughly combined. Shape the mixture into 4 balls and thread the balls onto a skewer.

2. Broil skewered meatballs 6 inches from heat for about 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. Makes 1 serving.
